A layered, unique brand strategy is the best shot at copyrighting you can have. A “look” can be changed 30% and it’s within legal limits. Sometimes competitors attempt to make a “surface copy/Xerox” of a brand my clients and I have formalized. However, it’s impossible because they weren’t in the room for our conversation and could never touch the reasoning, heart, or strategy of the business model they are attempting to mimic.
